NorWestCo (Northern Westchester County) Kombucha strives to bring this delicious, nutritious, effervescent beverage to the Hudson Valley. Our company was born after noticing the utter lack of commericialized 'buch in the area's grocery stores. While NorWestCo sells bottles of our own brewed magic, our main focus is our starter kits, which enable the buyer to brew their own on the cheap. As strong proponents of the Do-It-Yourself movement, we feel that it is important to enjoy the process as much as the product itself. We feel that what at the moment seems like a product only accessible to those who know or those who can afford, should be available to all.
